“Fish to Fight Dengue (FTFD)”

• A Biologically Mosquito control program to prevent vector borne disease like Dengue, Malaria, JE etc.
• The cost of introducing larvivorous fish is relatively lower than that of chemical control
• Larvivorous fish prefer shallow water where mosquito larvae also breed.
• A single full grown fish eats about 150 – 300 mosquito larvae per day
• Sustain in highly polluted water like drain and swage feed water body
• We are also conducting various innovative programs for community development like Training for Trainer (T4T) and ICT based innovative system for better prevention and control.
